How does the founding price work?
The upcoming plan is $79 USD per store per month for your first 12 paid months, then $99 per month. Your 30-day trial starts once you’re invited. We’ll confirm activation with you before any paid subscription begins.
What counts as a product optimization?
One optimization is a suggested content update for one product, covering relevant titles, descriptions, SEO fields, image alt text, and FAQs together. The plan includes 500 optimization runs each month. Catalog checks do not use that allowance, and you can review suggestions before applying them.
What if I need more email or AI capacity?
The plan includes 10,000 campaign sends and 500 product optimizations each month. Extra capacity will be optional, with the price shown for approval before purchase. Extra-capacity packages and other AI usage allowances will be confirmed before paid activation; there are no automatic overage purchases under this offer.
What about my initial catalog import?
We’ll review your catalog during onboarding and discuss the initial optimization work separately from your ongoing monthly allowance. Large catalog projects can be quoted separately. An additional onboarding allowance has not yet been finalized.
Is every AI capability available now?
Email editing and catalog optimization are part of the current product. Connected assistants and supported theme-setting changes are in preview; full theme generation is planned. We’ll confirm what is available for your store during onboarding.
Are payment processing fees included?
No. Your payment processor’s fees are separate from the Cartmojo subscription. The upcoming plan does not add a Cartmojo transaction fee.
Will this change my existing bill?
No. This page introduces an upcoming offer. Existing accounts remain on their current billing until a transition is explicitly confirmed.
